So many things! Especially the part about my identity as a leader!
The establishment of quality and culture.
Improvement as instructional leader & building my brand. Self reflection, Relationship building, doing things with intentionality. There are so many, but I will begin with self-reflection, communication, and focusing on the mission, vision, core values and what they mean to me and my school.
100 percent of participants completing the evaluation for 2019 Leadership thought the content was relevant and helpful and that the speaker engaged the audience.
